1. About Us

Til Death Do Us Part provides professional tattoo services at weddings and private events throughout the UK.

By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking & Deposits

A booking is not confirmed until a signed agreement has been received and the required deposit has been paid.

Deposits are non-refundable and secure the event date exclusively for the client.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Event Requirements

The client is responsible for providing adequate indoor workspace, access to electrical power, suitable lighting, shelter from adverse weather conditions if the event is outdoors, and safe and hygienic working conditions.

We reserve the right to suspend tattooing if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

4. Age Restrictions

We operate a strict 18+ policy.

All guests wishing to receive a tattoo must provide valid photographic identification upon request.

5. Health & Safety

All tattoo procedures are carried out using sterile, single-use equipment in accordance with current UK health and safety regulations.

Guests must complete a consent form and health questionnaire before receiving a tattoo.

We reserve the right to refuse service where tattooing may be unsafe.

6. Alcohol & Intoxication

We do not tattoo guests who appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.

7. Tattoo Design Selection

Tattoos available at events are generally selected from pre-approved flash designs agreed with the couple prior to the event.

We reserve the right to refuse any design request.

8. Timings & Service Hours

Tattooing will take place during the agreed booking period.

Additional hours may be available subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

9. Photography & Marketing

We may photograph completed tattoos, workstations, and event setups for promotional purposes.

Clients may opt out by notifying us in writing before the event.

10. Liability

Tattooing carries inherent risks.

Guests acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow aftercare instructions.

Our liability is limited to the total value of the booking.

11. Cancellation Policy

More than 90 days before the event: Deposit retained.

30–90 days before the event: Up to 50% of the booking fee may be payable.

Less than 30 days before the event: Up to 100% of the booking fee may be payable.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Intellectual Property

All artwork, branding, website content, and promotional materials remain the property of Til Death Do Us Part unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
